Introduction

I was born in 1984
I obtained my medical degree from Semmelweis University in 2008
I have been a general practitioner since 2011
I have 4 children

After 16 years of illness (fever, rashes, vomiting, low mood, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea, etc.), I became completely symptom-free with a low-histamine diet!

My goal

I want to earn a PhD on histamine intolerance (histamine adverse reaction).

I created this website on my own, dedicating my free time without sparing any effort. I believe that if I succeeded, others can also overcome their distressing symptoms!

For doctors

Dear Colleague,
This website is primarily intended for laypersons, so there are many simplifications. Based on estimated values, histamine adverse reactions may affect up to 1% of the population to some degree. I wish to provide help for them! Over time, I will also add educational materials aimed at doctors to the website.
The link to the currently valid German protocol, based on broad professional consensus, can be found at the bottom of the page.

Instead of the commonly used term "histamine intolerance," the professional literature prefers the term "histamine adverse reaction" (or biogenic amine adverse reaction).
